The Duluth Police Department today announced the release of a Level 3 predatory offender, who will be living in the 900 block of East Fourth Street.
Eric Devone Pegues, 25, has a history of engaging in sexual contact with a 13-year-old female victim, police said. Pegues used force to commit the assault. A Level 3 offender is considered a high risk to reoffend.
Sgt. David Greeman, supervisor of the police Family Crimes Unit, said a community meeting will be scheduled to provide the public with more information about Pegues. Anyone with questions can call Greeman at 730-5615.
