Duluth man gets 10 years for child porn, assault charges

A Duluth man was sentenced Thursday in Douglas County Court to prison for 10 years, after separate incidents of possession of child pornography in 2012 and the sexual assault of a child in 2013.
Brooks Hanson, 31, will serve time in the Wisconsin prison system after guilty pleas for possession of child pornography and second-degree sexual assault of a child, crime committed in Superior and the town of Oakland, respectively.
