A 28-year-old Duluth man was indicted Friday in federal court in Minneapolis for allegedly distributing and possessing child pornography.
Brandon Anthony Buchanan, 28, is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
The indictment alleges that on April 9, 2007, Buchanan transported by computer an image of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. The indictment also alleges that on July 17, 2007, Buchanan possessed one or more visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
