A 24-year-old Duluth man was being held in the St. Louis County Jail on Monday after allegedly breaking vehicle windows with a shovel and a brick.
Police were called to the 5700 block of Roosevelt Street at 9:49 p.m. Sunday when the suspect was seen breaking out the window of a vehicle with a shovel and was seen inside other vehicles in the area.
A K-9 team responded and captured the suspect after a foot chase. The initial investigation revealed that at least two vehicles had windows broken out.
