The intersection of Woodland Avenue and Kent Road in Duluth will be closed for about an hour early Tuesday morning to allow crews to mill pavement.
Crews will be working at the site from 5-6 a.m., the city announced late Monday afternoon, and they should finish well ahead of the morning rush hour.
The work is part of a larger street repair project underway on Woodland Avenue. Paving will take place at a later date.
Drivers are encouraged to look for alternate routes such as College Street and 19th Avenue East, or Clover Street and Irving Place.
