St. Luke's hospital and SMDC Health System will host information sessions this spring regarding advance health-care directives in conjunction with National Healthcare Decisions Day, which is Wednesday.
St. Luke's session will be from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Monday in the 3 East conference room.
St. Mary's Medical Center will have information available in the first-floor lobby on Wednesday.
The session at Miller-Dwan Medical Center will be from 4 to 5:30 p.m. May 12 in Conference Room 3.
Sessions at the hospitals are offered monthly.
