Duluth Gospel Tabernacle, 1515 W. Superior St., will celebrate its 100th anniversary Aug. 5-7 with special services and a banquet.
Tom Flaherty, pastor at City Church in Madison, Wis., is the featured speaker at 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 5. Flaherty and John Sprecher, senior pastor at Rock Church in Rockford, Ill., will oversee sessions Saturday morning.
The 100th anniversary banquet begins 5 p.m. Saturday at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Shuttle begins at 3:30 p.m. and doors open at 4 p.m. The Rev. Dick Carlson is the featured speaker and the DGT Orchestra will perform.
Sunday morning includes breakfast and sharing by pastors and missionaries at 8:30 a.m. and special worship service with the Rev. Sprecher at 10:30 a.m.
There is no registration cost. Prices for the banquet are $35 for each adult and $10 for each child. For information, contact the church office at (218) 722-1928.
