Four people were arrested Monday night for the alleged sale of heroin and child endangerment.
The Duluth Police Department Tactical Response Team performed two search warrants at 2222 W. Fourth St. apartments No. 1 and 3. The focus of the investigation was sale of heroin and marijuana. In both apartments, police found loaded firearms and four children.
The three men and one woman were charged in St. Louis County District Court on Wednesday morning.
According to a statement from Duluth police, 26-year-old Jeremiah Lee Bonilla is charged with felon in possession of a firearm, child endangerment and third-degree sale of heroin; 25-year-old Adrianna Rose Cortes is charged with child endangerment; 26-year-old David Joel Adams is charged with fifth-degree sale of marijuana; and 28-year-old Roberto Villalobos is charged with two counts of third-degree sale of heroin.
