A project to improve drainage on Highway 61 and London Road begins Monday.
Motorists will face single-lane traffic on London Road between 32nd Avenue East and 40th Avenue East beginning  Monday, when the drainage project is expected to start. Minnesota Department of Transportation officials said this 12-foot width restriction will be in place from Monday  to Aug. 8.
The project is expected to delay traffic.
