Draft revitalization plan to be unveiled Thursday

The draft Lincoln Park neighborhood revitalization plan will be unveiled for public comment at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Harrison Community Center. The meeting is open to all interested residents and business people, and is sponsored by Neighbors with Hope, and the "At Home in Duluth" collaborative - the City of Duluth, Duluth LISC, and NHS Duluth for the Neighborhood revitalization Plan.
