A failed power feeder line resulted in a brief electrical outage in the heart of downtown Duluth today. The disruption occurred at 12:48 p.m., knocking out power to 14 customers on West Superior Street, including the Holiday Center and part of the Minnesota Power office building.
Minnesota Power reported that power was restored at 1:27 p.m. The cause of the feeder line's failure has not been determined yet.
