Wind-downed trees closed two highways in Ashland County shortly before 3 p.m. today, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation said.
Wisconsin Highways 77 and 169 are closed from Mellen east into Iron County. It's unknown how far east the closure runs.
Currently, no detour has been established. It could take two hours before the roads reopen.
