Teams such as the Duluth Divas need donations to help pay their entry fee for the Breast Cancer Three-Day Walk. In 2006, 71 percent of the money raised from three-day walks nationwide was donated to breast cancer research.
Here's how you can contribute to the Duluth Divas:
* Give them a donation at the Kenwood SuperOne, where they'll be bagging their groceries Aug. 2-3 and Sept. 6-7.
* Buy a T-shirt, $15-$22 at Distinction Handbags & Accessories, 512 N. 45th Ave. E.
* Contributions can also be made at www.the3day.org . Click on the "Take Action" tab, select donate, select "Search for a Team" and enter "Duluth Divas."
