Don and Coral Rippberger of Duluth celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary with a candlelight dinner at home.
Don and the former Coral Jamison were married Aug. 16, 1952, in Sandstone.
Their children are Julie and Phil Reyes of Brigham City, Utah; Diane and Glen Lundin of Traverse City, Mich.; James and Roberta Rippberger of Two Harbors; Laura Rippberger of Duluth; John and Maryangela Rippberger of Cookeville, Tenn.; and the late Denise Rippberger. They have 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Don is retired from the Air Force. Coral is retired from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
