Katie Ann DeGrio and Christopher Norman Channing, both of St. Paul, were married June 15 in Cathedral of St. Paul in St. Paul.
Her parents are Ron and Maureen DeGrio of Duluth. His parents are Maryellen Channing of Chicopee, Mass., and the late Norman Channing.
The bride chose Anna Nikolaeva Olson as matron of honor and Sarah Dunn as maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Elizabeth Johnson.
The groom chose his brother, James Channing, as best man. Groomsmen were David DeGrio and Peter Frisbie.
The bride, a 1997 graduate of Duluth Central High School, graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in communications and a bachelor's degree in language and international studies. She earned her bachelor's degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul in 2004. She is an attorney for Igbanugo Partners International Law Firm in Minneapolis.

The groom, a 1994 graduate of Chicopee High School, graduated from Charter Oak State College in New Britian, Conn., in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in individualized studies. He is a judicial calendar clerk for the Second Judicial District -- State of Minnesota in St. Paul.
