A major court hearing in a lawsuit filed by retired employees against the city of Duluth has been pushed back to August.

The hearing was to be held on June 23 for attorneys on both sides to argue for a summary judgment in the case in which retirees claim the city has changed their health care benefits. The city has said it has not changed benefits, but is seeking a ruling on whether it can modify the benefits to mirror those of current employees.

The next hearing will be Aug. 7 at the St. Louis County courthouse.
