A Level 3 registered predatory offender is relocating to Rice Lake.

Casimir Robert Krithers, 37, is relocating to an area near Charles Road and Howard Gnesen Road, an area just north of Duluth, according to a news release from the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office.

Krithers engaged in sexual contact, including penetration, with known female teenagers, where force was used to gain compliance, the release reads.

He also physically assaulted and held a known female teenager against her will. During this incident, he used threats, weapons and force to gain compliance, according to the release.

He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall; weighs 187 pounds; is medium build; and has hazel eyes and blonde or strawberry hair.

Krithers is on parole with the Minnesota Department of Corrections, the release reads.
