A Level 3 predatory offender is being released from custody and will reside in Rice Lake, according to the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office.

Robert Charles Lynn Norton-Turner, 28, will live on or near the 4700 block of Howard Gnesen Road starting Sept. 25. He currently is on supervised release from Arrowhead Regional Corrections.

Norton-Turner was convicted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct as a juvenile, according to the Sheriff's Office. His crimes included sexually touching a female victim younger than 13 who was known to him. He gained access to the victim by entering her home without permission, the Sheriff's Office reported.
