A 13-year-old boy was taken to the Arrowhead Juvenile Center on Sunday night after an armed robbery was reported at a Duluth liquor store.

The Duluth Police Department responded at 5:45 p.m. to Loiselle Liquor, 413 E. Fourth St., where it was reported that a young male had pulled a gun and stolen a 12-pack of beer, Lt. Robin Roeser said in a statement. The suspect then ran from the store.

Roeser said officers set up a perimeter and located the boy with the assistance of a police dog.
