City of Duluth crews responded to a sewage overflow from the manhole cover located on Fern Avenue and Ivy Street on Thursday morning. Debris in the manhole resulted in an overflow of approximately 1,200 gallons of waste water. The state duty officer was notified.
The problem was corrected by crews on the scene.
