Gwendolyn Cornick and Chad Anderson, both of Duluth, plan to be married July 28 in Lincoln Park in Duluth.
Her parents are Eugene and Darlene Cornick of Hot Springs, Ark. His parents are Brad and Nancy Anderson of Duluth.
The future bride, a 1996 graduate of Duluth Central High School, graduated from Lake Superior College in Duluth in 2006 with a medical assistant diploma. She is a medical assistant for SMDC Health System in Duluth.
The future groom, a 1994 graduate of Duluth Central High School, graduated from Duluth Business University in 2002 with an associate degree in graphic design. He owns Anderson Building and Restoration in Duluth.
