Cookin up Hawaiian in the Co-op kitchen

Chef Todd Torricer will lead the class "Aloha! In January: Making Traditional Hawaiian Food" at Whole Foods Co-op, 610 E. Fourth St., starting at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Toccier is a chef at Ledge Rock Grille on the North Shore near Two Harbors. The class menu includes teriyaki salmon, garlic spinach with fresh ginger and buerre blanc, sweet potato bisque and Todd's Hawaiian-style bread pudding. He also will discuss traditional Hawaiian ingredients and how to incorporate them into your cooking.
