Interested in construction work?
Here’s your chance to learn about training and jobs in construction all at one time. An informational session begins at 11:30 a.m. March 31 at the Minnesota WorkForce Center in downtown Duluth.
Representatives from Lake Superior College will be on hand to talk about classes and programs available at the college. Several representatives from the building trades - including laborers, sheet metal workers, roofers and bricklayers - will give an overview of the construction
industry. Builders also are expected to participate. Those attending will have the opportunity to speak to them during an open house setting afterward.
The WorkForce center is in the Duluth Athletic Club building at 402 W. First St. The event is free with no reservations necessary. For more information, call Rhonda Rutford at (218) 302-8406.
