Mayor Emily Larson and City Councilor Noah Hobbs invite the public to attend "City Hall in the City" 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at the Norton Park Community Center, 81st Ave West and Coleman Street.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet individually with the mayor, councilor or other city staff or express their issues in writing. This meeting is not a forum but rather is intended to allow residents to speak directly with their elected officials.
All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Art supplies will be on hand for children to share their own ideas for the city. Drawings collected from the meeting will be hung in the mayor’s office and shared with the councilors.
These listening sessions are open to all residents to participate. The 2017 series of community listening sessions will be announced shortly.
