The Duluth Laughing Club will meet at 12:05 p.m. outside the Civic Center near the fountain for a couple rounds of laughter.
Duluth Public Schools Superintendent Keith Dixon will host an open meeting, to talk with members of the community from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Congdon Park Elementary School, 3116 E. Superior St.
