Stand-up comedian Brian Regan, whom you might know from David Letterman's show or "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," is visiting the DECC Auditorium tonight. The premise of his most recent Letterman routine doesn't sound promising -- he starts with the experience of reading newspapers, not usually considered hilarious -- but his subtle combo of physical comedy, acute observation and witty language makes a lot of things funny.
