You may see low-flying red, white and blue Civil Air Patrol planes flying low over Duluth and its environs next Saturday, July 25.

The Duluth Composite Squadron of the Air Patrol will conduct search and rescue, homeland security and disaster relief exercises.

The patrol is composed of local volunteers who remain on call to assist in ground operations, airborne searches, damage assessment and a host of other activities.

The group meets from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursdays at 4516 Airport Approach Road. For more information, visit www.mncap.org .
