Duluth City Hall, Comfort Systems and the public library will close for another business day on Monday, Nov. 17 for what will be the second of four days the city will shut down to save money.
Police and fire services will still operate as normal, as will 24-hour emergency services from Comfort Systems for customers who lose gas or water service.
The city will also close down on Friday, Dec. 26 and Wednesday, Dec. 31.
