A main that broke open at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, causing 300 gallons of wastewater to flow out at a lift station at Seventh Avenue East and the First Street alley, should be cleaned up by this evening.
Residents should avoid contact with any sewer overflow.
Residents are asked to report any open or overflowing manholes, 24 hours a day, to the City of Duluth at 730-4150.
