Megan Christensen and Samuel Pierson, both of Coon Rapids, Minn., plan to be married July 26 in St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Wausau, Wis.
Her parents are Bob and Kim Christensen of Wausau. His parents are Ed and Mae Pierson of Duluth.
The future bride, a 2001 graduate of Wausau West High School, graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Minneapolis in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.
The future groom, a 2001 graduate of Denfeld High School, graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Minneapolis in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in computer science. He is a software engineer for Symantec Corp. in Roseville, Minn.
