The Centennial Time Capsule vault was raised at 11 a.m. Monday on the
First Street Lawn of Duluth City Hall.
From there the vault will be temporarily housed at the Duluth Fire
Department's main fire hall until a public ceremony on Saturday,
August 12 to display the capsule's contents.
