Cell phone recycling offered at public library

"The City of Duluth is an active member of the Cities for Climate Protection campaign, and this project fits in well with the goals of that program," said Duluth Mayor Gary Doty.

Minnesota Waste Wise Director Ellen Telander, who started a cell phone recycling program for businesses, said, "Now we receive five requests daily to

participate."
