Despite the issuance of a number of federal district court restraining orders against striking rail clerks yesterday, it is not clear whether they will return to work today. Both freight and passenger services between the Twin Ports and the Twin Cities have been suspended.

Reserve Mining Co.'s Milepost 7 will get a federal inspection tomorrow to see whether the company is on schedule to stop dumping taconite tailings into Lake Superior. A report last month concluded that Reserve may not meet the mid-1980 deadline.

The 7,500 tickets to Bob Dylan's Duluth concert sold out in five hours yesterday, according to officials at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. On Oct. 22, the legendary singer/songwriter will play for the first time in the town where he was born.

Kolar Auto World co-owner Peter Kolar yesterday announced the Duluth car dealership will move from its East Superior Street location to Hermantown. Kolar's new location, which already houses the Kolar Superstore, is on Miller Trunk Highway near the soon-to-be-expanded Menards store.
