Witnesses say a boy in Carlton suffered a minor leg injury after he ran out in front of a car on Halloween night.
The Carlton County Sheriff's Office reported the 10-year-old boy was struck by a car just after 6:30 p.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Third Street.
The driver said he didn't see the child run out into the roadway. No citations were issued.
