The body of a 22-year-old man who was missing has been found outside of Walker.
According to the Cass County Sheriff's Office, the body of Leondre Alan Adams was found at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday in Turtle Lake Township near rural Walker.
On Saturday, Adams was reported as a missing person. The Leech Lake Tribal Police Department had asked for the public's help in finding Adams, who reportedly last was seen on New Year's Eve in the area of Onigum in Cass County, near Walker.
An autopsy is planned with the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office and Cass County reports that the investigation continues. Assisting is the Leech Lake Tribal Police Department and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
