MY GREAT-GRANDPARENTS ARE: Pete and Connie Mills, Lil LaVoy and Helen Lusk, all of Cloquet, and the late John and Pearl Van Hoever, Jack and Greta LaVoy and Vern White.
MY PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: Mommy really likes the name Ava. They really wanted something different and mom really wanted to call me A.J. They already had my middle name picked out -- it's after my grandpa.

SOMETHING SPECIAL: Mommy developed a blood clot in her leg and had to spend a week in the hospital. We were all worried it would affect you. We were all so happy when you came and both you and mommy were happy and healthy.
