Authorities have identified the 28-year-old Saginaw man who was seriously injured in a rollover crash late Friday night on U.S. Highway 53 north of Duluth.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported that Jason Hill was driving a 1999 Mercury Cougar northbound near milepost 10 just after 11:30 p.m. Friday when the car ran off the road into the median and rolled. Hill, who was the only occupant of the car, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected.

The Patrol reported that Hill was taken to St. Luke's hospital in Duluth in critical condition. A St. Luke's representative said Sunday she was unable to provide an update on Hill's condition.
