Arrowhead Road will reopen to traffic before the evening commute Monday.
The section between South Rice Lake Road and Kenwood Avenue may have intermittent lane closures for utility work but traffic will be allowed to pass.
Work between North Rice Lake Road and South Rice Lake Road is being completed but the road will be open to traffic. Motorists are asked to be alert and to drive with caution.
