Another Duluth Police Department "Wanted Person of the Week" is in custody, thanks to a tip from the public.
Doug Andrew Atkinson, 20, was arrested in the lobby of Arrowhead Place, 211 W. Second St., at about 2 p.m. Friday -- a day after his case was publicized by Duluth police. Atkinson was wanted for violating his probation stemming from a conviction for first-degree residential burglary in 2010.
He was lodged at the St. Louis County Jail.
