I WAS BORN: Feb. 23, 2008, in Community Memorial Hospital in Cloquet.

MY PARENTS ARE: Angela Alexander and Jason Erdman of White Bear Lake, Minn.

MY GRANDPARENTS ARE: Joseph Alexander of Wrenshall; Teresa Clements of Indianola, Iowa; Glenn Erdman of Dovray, Minn.; and Mavis Olsen of Hadley, Minn.

MY GREAT-GRANDPARENTS ARE: Sue and Jim Dennie of Wrenshall; Ed and Pat Stauffer of Indianola; Leo and Yvonne Erdman of Aitkin; and the late Ben and Margaret Alexander and Delores and Wayne Wood.

MY PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: My great-grandmother passed away in December and Jane was her middle name. They liked how Alexis Jane sounded.
