A Duluth police officer acquitted of a sexual assault charge in 2003 and also disciplined following a complaint of inappropriately searching a female three years before that is being investigated for another complaint by a woman.
Duluth city, school officials announce new Duluth Academy
Starting in the fall of 2011, a new program called the Duluth Academy will offer students a set of courses aimed at aligning their education with the needs of the workforce. The Duluth Academy will be located at the Historic Old Central High School building.
