A 21-year-old woman injured Saturday in a motorcycle crash in Hibbing remained hospitalized Tuesday in Duluth.
Shelby Elizabeth Sebesta, 21, was in "fair condition," Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center said.
Sebesta was a passenger during the fatal motorcycle crash authorities said began as a road rage incident involving another vehicle.
The driver of the motorcycle, Garry Frank Brill, 46, was pronounced dead Saturday afternoon at Fairview Range Medical Center in Hibbing.
The operator of the other vehicle was identified, but not cited, because they were not involved in the crash, Police Chief Steve Estey previously told the News Tribune.
Earlier this week, the Hibbing police reported Sebesta had been released with "minor injuries" from Fairview Range. In fact, she was released to be transported to Duluth.
The motorcycle crash occurred on Brooklyn Drive, near the elementary school, a Hibbing Police Department news release said Monday.
Officers were dispatched at 3:05 p.m. Saturday to Brooklyn Drive, where police encountered the two victims being treated by medical staff from the Hibbing Fire Department.
