A 23-year-old suburban Twin Cities woman has died, a day after she was in a crash involving an all-terrain vehicle and a motorcycle in Gilbert.

Natasha Diaz-Cruz of Burnsville, Minn., died Monday at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, according to a release from Gilbert Police Chief Ty Techar.

Few details are available on the crash, which took place about 5:30 p.m. Sunday in the 5000 block of Enterprise Trail.

Diaz-Cruz was a passenger on an ATV driven by Carlos Andres Ferrer Arevalo, 35, of Burnsville. Arevalo was not injured in the crash.

The driver of the motorcycle, Erwin Javier Cruz Viera, 37, of Hancock, Minn., was taken by ambulance to Essentia Health-Virginia Clinic. Viera’s injuries were not life-threatening, the release stated.
