Two residents were displaced Wednesday from their home at 4932 Huron Drive, Superior, following a fire in an enclosed porch attached to their mobile home.

No one was injured as a result of the blaze, which caused about $10,000 in damage, according to the Superior Fire Department.

The Superior police and fire departments, and Mayo Ambulance responded to the report of the structure fire around 3:50 p.m. Wednesday.

Fire crews contained the fire to the porch, but damage to the mobile home was significant enough to make it uninhabitable.

The Red Cross is assisting the displaced residents.

The cause of the fire has not been determined.
