Recipe: No-Bake Energy Bites
Servings: 20 (1 bite per serving)
Total time: 40 minutes
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup ground flax seed
½ cup dried cranberries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
⅓ cup honey
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove dough from refrigerator and scoop and roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
Per serving: 90 calories, 10 grams carbohydrates, 5 grams fat, 3 grams protein
