Right now, we are looking at a mixed bag of precipitation beginning Thursday night into Friday.

Rain, freezing rain and snow are all possible. Road conditions around the Northland will deteriorate rapidly as we stroll through the day Friday. Please keep that in mind while traveling.

Colder air is set to arrive during the afternoon hours and change some of the rain into snow. Winds accompanying this colder air will likely gust up to 20-30 mph and lead to heavy lake effect snow along areas of the south shore on Saturday.
