WELCOME, Minn. -- Authorities say a car and semitrailer collided in south-central Minnesota early Saturday, killing four people.
The crash happened just before 6 a.m. near Welcome in Martin County.
The sheriff's office says six people were involved. Four died at the scene. The other two were taken to Fairmont Medical Center.
KSTP-TV reports the semi driver was treated and released, while the other person was airlifted to another hospital.
The names of the victims haven't been released.
