FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. -- Attendance at this year's Minnesota State Fair just barely beat last year's attendance.
This year's fair drew more than 1.68 million visitors over a 12-day run. Total attendance was up by more than 1,000 from last year.
The Great Minnesota Get-Together wrapped up Monday. More than 131,000 people attended the fair on Labor Day, its closing day.
