Tenth Avenue East between First and Second streets in Duluth will be closed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday as a St. Luke's hospital contractor works on the skywalk crossing, according to a news release from the city.
The sidewalk along 10th Avenue East will stay open.
