Promoters will offer $10,000 for a women's course record at this year's North Shore Inline Marathon.
The current course record of 1 hour, 10 minutes, 26 seconds was sent by Heather Gunn in 1998, according to a news release from race organizers, a 22.3 mph pace.
Manufacturer K2 has offered $10,000 for a men's record. Winners will also split more than $11,000 in prize money.
